The American Flag

 Have you guys ever heard Ray Charles singing the song America the Beautiful? Man, is that a great rendition when he sings it live on a you tube video or what? I love the way he put his whole heart and soul into this song too. And I keep saying to many people now as I travel here and there, that America was the best place to live as far as I was concerned. I knew that America had many faults but people of all skin color and class could still enjoy some freedom and could enjoy pleasures of life more than other people of other Countries could. And that was something to be proud of regardless of the faults. However, eventually the flaws and frailties just became overbearing and overwhelmed the Government System and its Politics to the point that the whole System got corrupted like so many others of the World. And as I look at this great Country now I see that they are coming undone at the seams because of the surmounting financial pressures of being way over extended trying to be The Police of The World and god to the people, but neglecting The Law of their own Land. And for extending Liberties beyond the Governments concepts of Acceptable social behavior to The People. I know that The Founding Fathers of America at its birth put on a good front about what Their Law of the Land would be founded and based on then. Perhaps a few of them were true Believers of The Bible but I don't know? Nevertheless, American earliest histories document that The United States Constitution was written and based on The Judeo-Christian Law and Teachings. Therefore, I believe that that way of beginning was what gave The White American its Power and Authority to be established and persevere this far so far. And those stories about Pilgrims coming to start a new way of life and freedom to worship their "God" here, may have happened that way, but if it did, Wolves in sheep's clothing were among them for sure. And those wolves had the Ecstasy of Gold in their eyes. But, the harsh treatment that was rendered to Black People and Native Indians notwithstanding, I believe that many of those recipients of death and brutality still accomplished "God's Purpose" for people like me much later in history. And now I see that their suffering was not in vain. And one of the benefits that I am enjoying now is that freedom to choose my religion or Faith. And because I saw the Power of the Whites once "God," I decided to follow "Him." And I used to write to our local Newspaper Editors here in San Marcos, Texas long ago and say to the public, especially The White Americans, "If you guys don't want "Jesus Christ" anymore, well give "Him" to me, I'll take "Him." And way back years ago I would write them letters that warned The White Americans that there was a plot by their Government to eliminate the Middle Class people and The White Americans. And look now and see what their President Joe Biden is saying about that now. And he bears responsibilities just like other U.S. Presidents right before him for The White Americans lost of Power. This is no conspiracy theory stuff that I am relating to you here. It is real. I have a lot of reasons for hating the White People, and so why should I care what happens to them? Well, I care because not all White people are Haters and or Evil. I can point to a whole bunch of Mexicans that I hate more than I do Whites. And further, it was The Whites who "God" chose to do this American thing here in the first place. "God" didn't give Whites instructions to kill or abuse people to coerce them to obey. It was The White's choice to operate that way. And it's still their choice to function as they please, it's their Law and land so far. And guys, there is a bigger picture to this Plot to kill America, but I don't have the time here for that story. I just hope that you guys remember that I dropped out in the six grade okay. So please follow me because I had a dream in circa 2006. Man!, I wanted to have this dream printed the way I wrote it in our Paper here, but they wouldn't allow it. But I pestered them because I felt that this message was of importance. However, I had to modify the letter because it was graphic and it was something that America doesn't want to hear. And our Paper surely didn't want to print. But they printed my sanitized version and I was okay with that. So here goes the Vision. As the dream opens I see that I am standing facing north on top of a peak of a snow cap mountain. As I look I see that my back is to my visual and I am set far and deep into this scene. I also see that there are many snow capped sharp peaks mountains to my left and right and to my front as far as the eyes can see. There is nothing else out there, just this wide and long snow cap mountain range. It seemed like the Northern Rockies facing Canada or more like The Great Caucasus Mountain range facing Canada. And as I looked on some more, I felt a strong wind coming from my left side which was west to east. Then all of a sudden I saw flying in mid air in front of me, a worn and dirty piece of rag that just flew by me and disappeared moving east. And I thought to myself that that was strange, Then a few minutes later I saw another piece of dark and dirty rag fly by again and kept going. These rags had stringy material all around them. Then another past but this one got caught on a peak of a mountain in front of me. So I strained my eyes to see because it was still a distance away. However, after seeing this piece of rag I got to see a few faded colored stripes on it. And the colors were  Red, White, and Blue. And more pieces of rags started flying by but, this time there were many pieces flying by at the same time and they were getting caught on the peaks scattered throughout this range to my right and the east side, and in front of me. And this time I saw the stars on the rags too. Many other pieces just kept flying high in the wind. And that was it for this dream and I woke up. Okay, now mountains represent Nations. The white snow on the mountain caps represents ancient or old and wise. And the dirty pieces of rags represent worthlessness and sin regarding us because our American Flag represents us. And the pieces of rags caught on mountain peaks is obvious, those Nations now own us and we have been parceled out among those Nations. And from way back then, other wealthier Countries were paying our Bills and since we defaulted on those loans the Banks own us. And just like Slaves at Market we are sold to our Debtor. And further, during this same time I started to dream of a White man by the name of Noam Chomsky. And I have never heard or read of this man either before this time. And in this dream a White man's voice said to me, "Ruben, you write like Noam Chomsky." And that was it for that dream. Please, I want to remind everybody that I journal and I have everything recorded and dated. So I started to do research on this man and found out that he is a scholar and Linguist and renown all over the world for his Political and historical knowledge and Activism. He is Jewish and later as I follow Mr. Chomsky some what; who is now very old, I found out that he wrote a book in 2017 titled "Requiem to the American Dream." Therefore, you can see that I saw this long before this time. Mr. Chomsky is a highly intellectual man and a prolific writer, I cannot be compared to him. I am just a dreamer of dreams. However, much later I hear Mr. Noam Chomsky's voice in one of my dreams say to me, "Ruben, I am interceding for you." I'll close now guys. And let me leave you with what I see is America's biggest flaw and fault as I see it. America, like ancient Assyria, was not satisfied with only American land and resources but wanted the World too. They suffered from the same over zealous thieving behavior of Colonialist British Empire and The Romans before them did. And if it took Sin to accomplish their dream of World conquest, it didn't matter because for them the prize was worth it. And further, they decided to apply whatever means necessary to accomplish their goal for World Dominance. Therefore, they endeavored to place so much gold into their war machine and free bread and water for the people that their Golden Cup was filled to the rim and overflowed with lust and avarice and they didn't care. And that was their undoing. When I was in the Army during the last year of my 6 year hitch with them in 1976, I came across a book titled "Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance" by Robert Pirsig. I read it and found the story about the trapped monkey. The story is great because it tells of a monkey trap that some Indians of South India devised to keep the monkeys from stealing the food from these peoples homes and as a means for poaching. Mr. Pirsig says that these people cut a tiny hole on one side of a coconut and placed some cooked rice or other goodies inside. The hole they cut out was only big enough to allow the monkey's hand in but not a balled fist coming out. He also said that these Indian people had tied a long piece of rope to the other end of the coconut and tied that rope to a wooden stake on the ground. So when the monkey reached for the rice or banana and had a large handful in his hand and had his fist balled, the monkey was trapped. Why? Because they knew how the greedy monkey would behave from past experiences with them. And once the monkey saw the humans coming to get him he screamed in terror but would not let go of the rice. Mr. Pirsig says that the monkey was paralyzed with fear for its life, but was paralyzed with greed too and wouldn't let go. This great story can "Preach" anywhere at any time and about many topics! And it describes us as human beings and speaks To America's nature and our own too. That is why Mr. Noam Chomsky writes about "A Funeral song to the American Dream. "Therefore, too much greed like lust for sex, drugs, Rock N Roll, money, fame, and Power, can ruin anything. And I also read a proverb that someone wrote which summed up America's behaviors problems. He said, "Whatever you want to control..., controls you." Nevertheless, America still served "God's" plans and purposes as is clear to see. "The Gospel of Jesus Christ" reached all the World from here!
