What is in a word?

      Bloggers, what a nightmare and a privilege to to be somewhat educated and come to understand that life is not what it seems. And especially when education and fine things are meant for the wealthy only. And for that matter neither is love or nature what it seems at first glance either. Everything has a mind of its own and is intended to have its way by any means necessary. And but coming to a compromise, or trying to work together for the better and good of all concerned, people instead lose their reasoning abilities and resort to extremes and destroy themselves or their dreams of a better way to co-exist. What a pity that evil exist in a place that was created to be our Paradise, and a place to live together as civilized moral human beings. And where a man is suppose to love and treat his wife just like he treats his own ribs. But it is tragic that we just can't do that because our dispositions are geared at breaking every rule that we can. Especially if there are no serious repercussions for our bad or criminal behavior. I remember that many years ago I would write our local Paper and denounce those bleeding hearts that would advocate for the banishment of existing Laws on how to manage criminal behavior, even if it was viewed as Cruel and Unusual punishment in Prisons or Reform Schools. And I was against those parents that didn't want the School Principal or Teachers to physically discipline their kids within reason and limits. And after I got out of the Army I advocated for America to Reinstate The U.S. Draft. I just couldn't see how soft the people had gotten in Texas and the Country. I even joined those who wanted to keep Prayer in Schools and still advocate against Abortion. I have tried not to just watch things go down hill like it has been since I can remember. I know that I contributed to this crazy descent into the abyss, but, I have tried to rectify my own evil ways for a long time now. And besides, when I was acting a fool I was severely punished by The System and their Laws back then and didn't complain. And I know that "God" too had a hand in my chastisements. Without Laws what are we? When I go out and I over hear conversations of men or thugs out there, I hear some outrageous and bold violent crimes being committed against the businesses and stores. Who ever heard of waves of people storming high dollar stores and running of with expensive articles and just get slapped on their wrist and told not to do that again after being caught. Or beat up Policemen in broad daylight by young illegal immigrant thugs and then the thugs being released by a Liberal bleeding heart Judge the same day as the crime? Man! that is plain stupidity. Today even Supreme Court Justices are enjoying cozy expensive treatment by Business Elites. And there is no conflict of interest charges filed against them that can stick. And at the U.S. Government level... that kind of violations are common place. The latest escapade of serious conflict of interest case is involving a U.S. Senator by the name Bob Menendez. But what is hard to believe about this case is how Federal Officers and Legal Experts continue to royally screw up a Search and Seizure Warrant and the execution of it. Now, these are not Street Cops or low level Officers of The Law; these are as high as one can get. Therefore, how can they botch a Search like at Senator Menendez's house? Of all Criminal Legal Experts, they should be fully aware of the Rule called, "Fruits from The Poisonous Tree." So how could they have violated such a clear well known Rule that applies to this type of Search and Seizure? The Rule states that if The Tree is poisonous then it follows that The Fruits are poisonous too. In other words, if your actions as a Policeman doesn't match the stated wording for cause of the Search, then even if you find other stolen or illegally acquired evidence, or whatever else, and you seize it as evidence, than that evidence is illegal and in most cases, your case against the Violator is thrown away or retried. Because technically one illegal action by police makes the whole act illegal. And perhaps that was their intent when searching Menendez's house? They just meant to put him to shame in front of The World and ruin him that way without sending him to prison? Who Knows, but the Police deserve an out also, so I give them one. But even if one does try to retry the case, it will be seen by others that the Policemen are already tainted and so is the case too. Therefore, Senator Menendez has a greater chance of saving his neck like I did many times when I was a criminal. But, I didn't learn from my opportunities of beating cases on Police Errors and mistakes like that. And so I thought that I was invincible and kept at the life of crime that I was seemingly enjoying. But I lost in the end and I have not fully recovered from those consequences of those wicked and evil ways of mine. And I did finally change because I ended up homeless temporarily and I almost lost everything that I loved. For what? I know that I was poor but I could have gotten my sorry ass to working legally and honest and could have been way better off than now. But, these rich upper crust Elites, why do they keep stealing and cheating and wanting more money? And now they are coming to the Southwester States like Texas and neighboring States and driving up prices and taxes and demanding cheaper Labor. And they suck up more of our natural resources everyday. And they left those places that they came from in ruins. And where else can they go from here? So do you see, if nobody says nothing or do something to seriously fight crime and corruption in The U.S. then it is going to be every man for himself in this World. We all know that a family divided cannot stand. And don't you think that those evil people don't know that. That is what this orchestrated chaos is all about. And please don't put me like that evil Woman in a Box or Jar, or Ashes. I am not a chthonic creature that ascends from the under ground like the goddess Pandora. I am not for The Republicans nor for the sorry Democrats. I was just telling some family members recently that I am for the lesser of two great evils presently. Because I really don't have much of a good selection to choose from. Both Parties are taking us to The New World Order era coming soon. And the way I see it, The Democrats are more eager to gets us there than the Republicans. Just look at the Democrats extreme Liberal track voting record and what do you see. I know what I see, Liber poisoning every fruit tree.  People, Androgyny also is still something Pandora ascribes to, she likes it that way. And fighting and wrestling among men is a great sport for her, but she really loves War! She is evil to the bone and disseminates troubles everywhere. She takes heads and uses them to rest her arm on them and she loves it. The Elites celebrate her and other mythological gods and goddess, and they love it too. They can't get enough from Croton and Hercules, and Hermes. But why do I have to deal with them? Because that is my punishment for tolerating these wicked people and their ways. Either we say something against it or we are guilty of condoning it. So I keep sending my words out about how I feel about life and the greater good and the great evil. And I fully know that after I send my words out, I can't bring them back because they are spirit and they have left to accomplish what I sent them out to accomplish. And they will not return void. And like I tell the invisible world, I would also love to be with Irma Duran because I have never felt about a woman the way I feel for her, but one. And that one woman was my wife. And I never left Irma Reyes for another woman nor did it ever cross my mind because I was always crazy about her. However she is dead now and this Irma Duran is the only other woman that has moved me so much; more than the other women. It's just crazy what Love can do. But Irma Duran is in another realm and I can't reach her yet. Let us sleep on that.
