The Spiritual Issue of Equality!!!!!
Bloggers, wherever, it is that we travel in any given day, there is so much inequality in America staring us in the face. We know that is no big secret now days. That's why many people of all skin colors and class status in the United States have over the time of its history fought in many ways and for various reasons, to resolve issues of differences between people. Even Civil Wars were fought between the States because there seemed a misunderstanding among certain peoples about what equality meant. And even after the war between the states was over, that war did not solve, nor bring permanent solution to the issue of whether all men were created equal or not. Later many years after that civil war, there was a Black Movement led by Martin Luther King and others which proclaimed that God had created all men equal and that the American Declaration of Independence affirmed and confirmed that claim. Well, long ago, as I watched and observed human behavior and interactions between my own people the Mexicans, I had to question this statement about whether human beings are really equal because from what I could see, it sure wasn't Equal. Therefore, as I come to approach this question about Racial and Social Equality, I have come to an understanding that the question of Equality is wrongly understood by those who truly believe that we are equal. Hence, Equality that states like for example in the Preamble of the U.S. Declaration of Independence which states that all men are created equal by their Creator, is a misstatement. As I see this issue about equality, I see it as a Spiritual issue not a physical or social construct or concept, compared to those who argue that all men are created equal. Yes, they are equal as a matter of how a human being should be treated in their society and by the Laws that govern that society. But they are not equal in status or skill sets, etc. Nor are they equal in political hiarchies. In government as well as work structures, no one in these systems is ever equal because of the level of expertise and education demanded or expected at these venues. And just because the Preamble in the Declaration of Independence states that everyone is expected to treat everyone equal does not necessitate the right for no one to be happy either. Because the nature of human beings is unpredictable. Thus, this whole concept of Equality sounds good in an ideal world, however, it is not the fact in reality. And as we study further in depth about this subject of equality, some people also hold on to the view that the Preamble in respect to equality is affirmed and confirmed in the Bible as well. However, this is not true either. Do some serious research on this subject on the Internet and one will find out that what we are talking about here is about a Spiritual Question or issue that humanist and secularist scholars call a Philosophical question or issue. And the Bible affirms this to be true because even God and God's form of Government speaks about inequalities in structure. Yes, Christians are One in and with God, but not equal to God and never can be. It may not seem fair to some people, but that is fine with me. I can never compare to God nor His Angels, much less to those in royal positions here on earth. I know that the Free Mason Founders of our Nation believed in treating everyone equal and doing good to everyone, but that was only a feel- good lip service to a moral attitude of that day and time just like the calling of the Illegal Immigrants of the World to come to America and be embraced with brotherhood and love today. But those words also held hidden motives for give us more slave cheap labor and it had no roots in their foundations of morality, ethics, or love. It didn't mean anything other than to display how good a Nation America was. And further, I have studied the Bible enough that I know that it is written there, and it states it pretty obviously in it that God says, 'The poor... you will always have with you.' So, no..., we are not all Equal. We are created basically of the same earthly materials that is true, but that is as far as the comparisons of equality goes. And furthermore, take the Nation of Israel for another example of inequalities, even in the Ranks of the Chosen Ones of God Almighty. Israel will always rank first in that Community of Believers and the Elect. Although both are inheritors of God's Kingdom, Isreal will be the leaders of that Community of Believers. The Christians have been grafted into the Body of Jesus Christ whereas Israel was Chosen specifically first by God to be the Head of that leadership below Christ Jesus Himself. And there is no guarantee that all chosen ones will be happy with that idea either. But I am fine with it. Just as long as I can make it to Heaven that is all. And as I use to tell my wife long ago, "If there is a Ghetto section in heaven where the homes are made of golden looking dried- up straw situated by goldened looking colored gravel roads..., I am fine with that too!!!" Amen. So Let us Sleep On That for now. Thanks again. Life is a privilege and God is about Grace, so celebrate life to the fullest while you can regardless of the inequalities. Respectfully, Ruben N.
